Lion's Den Ft. Haroon - Roots & Culture Meets Demer Dub

The love for reggae music, its culture and its spirit has been alive for ages here in Belgium. And it is up to us, the people who embrace this culture, to keep spreading the message of Jah.
Demerdub, Roots & Culture and Brukout are coming together as one for the next session
With a deep-rooted love for the scene, we decided to join forces and create a night full of consciousness, unity and good vibrations.
- Lion’s Den is a sound system from Berlin [GER] founded by the musical activist Ras Lion (selekta / operator / engineer) A fine selection of records, tuff dubs and
conscious lyrics, some heavyweight speakerboxes and amplifiers and a deep love for the music combined provide for positive vibes and a special experience at any session near or far. Always on a musical mission, Lion’s Den works with various vocalists,
musicians and producers from all over the world - with the focus on connecting
different people, different influences and inspiration, merging creative energies.
This time Haroon Ayyaz will be there to bring his lyrical support! Well known and a reputation for bringing pure lyrical vibe in the session we are pleased to have him in the dance to chant down babylon!
Lion’s Den is also a label, a studio and a production and promotion force.
“Music is inspiration! Music is Iration! Music is salvation! Music is meditation! Music is education! I-man play pon every station!…”
Lion’s Den is regularly organizing sound system sessions in Berlin and around and, other than Germany, has played in countries like Austria, Belgium, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland,
Romania, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey and the UK. Festivals include Fusion,
Dub Camp, Dub Stone, Reggaebus, Dour, Reggae Jam, No Logo, One Love, Seasplash,
Serendubity, and more!
On their journey Lion’s Den worked and share stages and controls with many of the ‘greats’ of the scene – united on the mission to spread music they love.
- Fariyouth, born and raised in Diest, stepping up with his own productions and a bag full of strong tunes collected through years of digging and playing. A big part of the Iron Stone Sound family, formerly known as Agayu. He’s been there from the start, always pushing the sound and bringing his own style to the session.
For this one he’ll be warming up the sound alongside Haroon Ayyaz on the mic. Expect some serious selections and a proper warm-up.
